Currently we can only see the total number each message has been viewed. To get a deeper dive and see the list of users, we would need to raise a ticket with the EesySoft tech support team. Same goes with the list of which users have clicked on the link inside the message. This takes time and is not scalable to use for all messages.
Solution: What is your proposed solution?
An extra view inside the dashboard to view or export the list of users who have viewed or clicked inside a message. Since this data is captured and recorded inside the database, it should be possible making it available to expert users inside the dashboard. Having access to this live data helps create custom user groups to target follow-up messages to this specific audience, for example.
